Association Management

RMG is committed to providing outstanding service to our homeowner’s associations and their managing Board of Directors. Each association is assigned an RMG partner as their central point of contact. We have an onsite Owner Services department that provides a host of necessary services to our Board’s of Directors, including the planning and organization of Board meetings and Annual meetings, developing agendas, minute taking, permanent record keeping, ownership newsletters, and Board communications.

RMG takes pride in being knowledgeable of the association’s declarations, bylaws and rules and regulations, to ensure proper implementation and enforcement of those governing documents.

We work hard to help keep our Boards of Directors on track and focused on the real issues of the Association.
