Rental Management Agreement
RMG’s Rental Management Agreement reflects the responsibilities of both the owner and the manager and has been created in the best interest of all parties involved.
The owner is responsible for all maintenance and improvements to the unit. RMG is responsible to market the property, take reservations, collect rents, provide front desk services, clean the unit during and after the guest stay, and provide a complete monthly accounting to the owner.
Owners receive monthly accounting statements detailing rental income and expense. These statements and a check for rental income (if applicable) are mailed by the 20th of each month for the prior month.
