Rotation and Rating

Our policy is to distribute rentals equally among properties of the same size and rating. Our computerized reservation system selects properties on a rotation, based on overall rating and the number of previous rental nights. Other variables such as owner or owner guest usage, bedding needs, unforeseeable maintenance, customer price sensitivity and other guest specific requests may also impact the amount of nights each property receives.

We have developed and established property standards and criteria to evaluate and rate all properties. We monitor the condition of your property and furnishings, and make appropriate recommendations to help ensure guest satisfaction resulting in maximum rental occupancy and revenue. This rating system ensures that we offer the finest accommodations to guests and provide the highest returns to homeowners who have made investments and maintained their property in excellent condition.
